Nepean appoints former Teneo UK COO, Peter Fitch, as Partner

Nepean, the reputation and communications consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Fitch as Partner. This marks a major milestone for the firm as the first significant expansion of its senior leadership team.

Peter brings with him significant industry expertise including a mix of senior advisory and in-house roles. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at Teneo in London, having previously been Managing Director at industry-leading campaigning consultancy Blue Rubicon. This corporate experience – which also includes time as Head of Communications at Lloyd’s of London – is combined with significant public and political expertise, having held senior communications roles within both national and London government.

His arrival is a major moment for Nepean. Since its founding in 2019 by Gavin Davis – former head of Corporate Communications and Campaigns at Sky – the business has grown quickly, working with a roster of blue-chip clients. Peter is the first to join at Partner level and brings complementary expertise in insight-driven reputation campaigning and board-level advisory. Nepean specialises in advising alternative investment firms, private companies and individuals, and is increasingly building out its corporate offer.
