Nepean appoints former Russell Reynolds Managing Director, Symon Elliott, to its Advisory Board

Nepean, the reputation and communications advisory firm, today announces the appointment of Symon Elliott to its Advisory Board. The appointment comes after a year of strong progress for Nepean, with the recent addition of clients including one of the world’s largest infrastructure asset managers, and Vertical Aerospace, a leading aerospace and technology company which successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange in December 2021.

Elliott previously spent 18 years at Russell Reynolds Associates in multiple roles including leading their operations in Europe, South Asia and the United States, as well as running their Board and CEO Advisory Group. He is currently the founder and CEO of Leaders Futures, a management consulting enterprise offering mentoring to senior executives globally, in both business and civil society.

He is also an advisory board member at private equity real estate firm Mitheridge Capital, and non-executive chairman at JD Haspel.Alongside his commercial activities, Elliott is Chair of Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homeless charity, and a trustee at The Photographers’ Gallery. He holds an MA from the University of Oxford and an MBA from the London Business School.
